We currently deliver to customers located in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in either Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago (USA), or London (UK).
The free delivery offer is limited to the 48 contiguous United States, as well as England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Expect to receive your Poppy Austin order a few business days after being processed and shipped, but not necessarily from the date the order is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process and package your order. Please take this into account as an approximation, as it doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via ground mail.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will inform you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for status updates.

Please make sure that the shipping address chosen when placing the order is correct, as rerouting and redirecting is not possible once the package leaves our facilities
Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer, and if this occurs, we keep all delays to a minimum. To avoid interruptions, don’t use cards that are set to expire or have mismatched billing info.
Canada and Australia Orders
On very rare occasions, international shipping to Canada and Australia can take up to six weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Internation Taxes and Duties:
Customers located in Canada and Australia are responsible for paying the applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees that your local Customs authority deems appropriate.
These fees are paid to your local carrier or government. They are not collected by Poppy Austin, and thus cannot be refunded.
We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid).
This means that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive your parcel.
Since we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Please note that our shipping provider pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country.
This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.
On occasions, you may receive an invoice from our shipping provider after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee.

If, for any reason, your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, contact our service department.
Please let us know immediately via email if your package was damaged in transit. Save the box and merchandise and we will have the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package. The items will be replaced with no charge to you.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the item via the postal service and we will gladly reimburse your account for the full amount of the purchase. You are also welcome to exchange your product for another Poppy Austin collection item.
We accept all unopened returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date and we only accept items purchased directly from our website. We recommend shipping your exchange via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection.
If you purchased a discounted item and would like to return the product, we will gladly refund your money within the 30 day time limit. If you would like to exchange your product for something of higher value then you will be required to pay the difference. We are sorry that we are unable to provide the discount on current items or items that are no longer in the sale stock.
