If for any reason you are not happy with your Poppy Austin product, simply return the item via the postal service and we will gladly reimburse your account for the full amount of the purchase. You are also welcome to exchange your product for another item in the Poppy Austin range.
We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date. The items must be unopened (sealed) and purchased directly from our website. We recommend shipping your exchange via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection.
Please send the products you would like to return with a copy of your invoice to the address located on the order sheet inside your original package.
Please let us know immediately via email if your package was damaged in transit. Save the box and merchandise and we will have the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package. The items will be replaced with no charge to you.
If for any reason your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, or to request a cancellation, please contact our service department. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed or cancelled the following business day.
If you package has already been dispatched, you will need to return the unopened items in order for us to process a refund.
