We work extremely hard to drive down the cost of shipping your products and, whenever possible, offer either free shipping or deeply discounted flat rates.
We have also introduced product bundles in recent months, allowing you the opportunity to purchase a bundle of either 3 or 6 Poppy Austin products at a reduced rate. This not only saves you money (up to 25% off single product purchases) but also triggers free shipping on your order in most cases.

If for any reason, your order is cancelled, you will immediately receive an email. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you have any questions regarding your cancelled order, contact our service department.
Please let us know immediately via email if your package was damaged in transit. Save the box and merchandise and we will have the carrier inspect and pick up the damaged package. The items will be replaced at no charge to you.
Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, simply return the item via the postal service and we will gladly reimburse your account for the full amount of the purchase. You are also welcome to exchange your product for another Poppy Austin collection item.
We accept all unopened returns and exchanges within 30 days of your invoice date and we only accept items purchased directly from our website. We recommend shipping your exchange via UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection.
If you purchased a discounted item and would like to return the product, we will gladly refund your money within the 30-day time limit. If you would like to exchange your product for something of higher value then you will be required to pay the difference. We are sorry that we are unable to provide the discount on current items or items that are no longer in the sale stock.
